Note: Termites, bed bugs, and mosquitoes are not included in the Basic Plan but can be serviced at an additional cost.

• Quarterly Treatment (4 times per year)

• Additional spot treatments available upon request between scheduled visits (limited to covered pests)

Treatment Methods

Our treatment approach is safe, effective, and environmentally conscious:

• Interior baseboard treatments

• Exterior perimeter barrier sprays

• Crack & crevice treatments

• Entry point inspection & sealing (basic sealing included)

• Use of EPA-approved products safe for people and pets

Inspection

• Initial comprehensive pest inspection included at the start of service

• Ongoing inspections during each service visit to monitor pest activity and identify potential issues

• Discounts available for annual prepayment
